APC Waiver Policy

Regional Lens is committed to supporting equitable access to scholarly publishing. Authors who are unable to pay the Article Processing Charge (APC) due to financial constraints may request a full or partial waiver at the time of manuscript submission.

Waiver requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as the author's institutional support, country of residence, research funding availability, and demonstrated financial need. The editorial evaluation and publication decision are conducted independently of any waiver request and are based solely on the academic quality and merit of the submitted manuscript.

Authors seeking an APC waiver should contact the editorial office with a brief justification. The journal reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or decline waiver requests.
